Photos of New BlackBerry London Released

The BlackBerry London features a completely new design from Research in Motion, as opposed to the traditional QWERTY keyboard.
The highly secretive BlackBerry London, apparently powered by the BB-10 operating system, has been leaked online in several official looking pictures.
It appears that BlackBerry has completely redesigned their original look.
The images were released by online tech site CrackBerry and has described the new handset as a “phonified PlayBook” as it will arrive with a very similar design to Research in Motion’s debut tablet PC. The extremely stylish casing looks as though it may best the Galaxy S2 in terms of its slimness, despite holding a powerful 1.5GHz dual core processor and a 4.3 inch touchscreen.
However the website did not reveal any information regarding the specifications of the handset, currently nicknamed the BlackBerry London, but it does reveal that it will run on RIM’s new BlackBerry 10 operating system.
Apparently this will equip the phone with “exceptional power and efficiency, a dramatic shift in user interface experience and quality apps and content story.”
Previous rumours also claim that the London handset will come with an 8 megapixel rear facing camera with LED flash and high definition video recording, a 2 megapixel front facing camera, 1GB of Ram, fast WiFi and HSDPA connectivity and 16GB of integrated memory.
No information has been given on when the BlackBerry London will be released however it is likely that we shall see the handset around the beginning of May at the BlackBerry World 2012, with a Q3 release expected for the United Kingdom.
