LG Optimus 4X HD Coming to Europe

The quad core LG Optimus 4X HD has finally arrived to take on the Samsung Galaxy S3.

It hasn’t been that long since Samsung decided to join the quad core fray by releasing the Samsung Galaxy S3, and now it seems that LG are putting a hand in with the announcement that the Optimus 4X HD has become available for purchasing in Europe.

The Optimus 4X HD comes with an Nvidia 4 Plus 1 quad core processor. Although this doesn’t make it a processor with five cores, the fifth core is technically used for low intensity usage situations which saves your precious battery life. This phone will also contain a 2150mAh battery, the biggest ever seen in a smartphone. So you can have peace of mind knowing you will get plenty of life per use.

It will also come with a 4.7 inch True HD IPS display that has a 180 x 720 pixel resolution. This screen features True HD IPS which improves the quality of white backgrounds for increased readability.

LG have also included some of their very own user interface features such as QuickMemo which gives you the ability to make notes from any screen. The Media Plex enhances your video viewing and image quality and the Time Catch Show begins to capture the image a few seconds before you even take the picture.

The Optimus 4X HD is the first quad core smartphone from LG, so it is expected to be released across the continents in the coming weeks and months.
