Leaked Pictures Show Off BlackBerry X10
Pictures of the upcoming BlackBerry X10 handset have appeared online.
There’s not a lot of time left to wait until the official unveiling of RIM’s new BlackBerry 10 operating system and the two handsets that go alongside it.
But today more pictures have emerged from dedicated BlackBerry website N4BB showing us what the BlackBerry X10 will apparently look like.
Part of the upcoming N-Series, the BlackBerry X10 will have the traditional BlackBerry look, with a full QWERTY keyboard below a square screen, which is promising for those who would rather stick with physical buttons instead of a touchscreen.
If you fancy moving on from the keyboard but still love BlackBerry, then RIM are also rumoured to be releasing a fully touchscreen BlackBerry as part of the new L-Series.
Several images of this handset have also been spotted, and it looks a lot like Apple’s iPhone.
No specifications for the X10, such as the size of the screen and its resolution have been released yet. However the second leaked picture gives us a closer look at the screen where we can also see app icons in two rows and the usual search, calling and camera shortcut buttons.
The BlackBerry 10 operating system will be launching on the 30th January and many believe it will either make or break the Canadian company, who have been suffering from well publicised financial troubles.
The launch of the BB10 system has already been delayed twice in 2012, so let’s hope 2013 is the year of the BlackBerry.
