Sony Xperia Z Coming to Three Soon

Three and other networks have confirmed they will be selling the Sony Xperia Z.

UK network Three have revealed their pricing for the upcoming Sony Xperia Z on both pay as you go and contract.

Three have made the handset available to pre-order from today, although it is not due for a release until the 28th February.

If you take out The One Plan with Three it will cost you £36 per month, whereas a pay as you go SIM will set you back £449.

Head of Devices at Three, Sylvia Chind, made the following statement when pre-orders opened: “We’re extremely pleased to offer the Xperia Z for pre-order from the 1st February and coupled with our highly competitive price plans and no surprise out of bundle data charges, this premium smartphone brings you the ultimate internet experience all on our Ultrafast network.

This new Xperia Z shows off a few excellent features including being the first device from the brand to come with a full HD 5 inch display with a 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution, a quad core processor and the Android Jelly Bean operating system.

Other UK networks have also come forward to announce that they will be stocking the Sony Xperia Z upon its release.

The Carphone Warehouse have launched a Coming Soon page for the Xperia Z on their website where people who are interested can register for updates. Phones4U have announced their intentions to stock the phone but have yet to make a Coming Soon page or start pre-orders.

Three have also added a little incentive; the first 1,000 customers to pre-order the handset on a 24 month contract will be given some Sony MDR-1R Prestige headphones that would normally cost £299.
