Palm isn’t the first name that comes to mind when you think of smartphone releases in the UK, but Palm is one of the top manufacturers State-side. At one point the headquarters were positioned on the United States’ west coast in sunny California and has been making waves amongst mobile phone enthusiasts since it’s conception in 1992.
