My friends liked it a lot that is why I was convinced to buy it. But it is not really that impressive. It lacks some kick when it comes to features and capabilities. It is just amazing.

seems like a dissapointing phone... too many features lacking... bluetooth is just one of them...

This recenlty released phone is just amazing. It's a little bit too much for my budget but i think it is all worth it. After all, it's a Sony phone.

the experia u is an interesting phone with great features. battery is always a problem among touchscreen phones so get over it people! buy this if you like it, don't be intimidated.

This is a higher end phone. It features fast processor speed that is capable of smooth multitasking. I like the design, it is simple but not bland. The battery life isnt bad either, it can last a whole day. I've been using this for almost a month now.

It's not just fast and smooth, its also elegant. it runs on gingerbread but you can upgrade it to ice cream sandwich. i customized a lot of things on this and it was a very pleasant experience. i love playing with it.

Fantastic phone! I can easily swap the bottom cap in something of different color.

The display has some grid like dots on the screen, which are kind of annoying. But the screen is pretty responsive doesn’t lag much.

Love this phone the audio quality is really good, it has a clear sounds that I wanted to listen into my favorite music.

I had this phone for about 4 months and I was waiting and waiting for the ics, but it never came. I am so disappointed with the works of sony.

Yesterday I upgraded my xperia U to android 4.0.4 it works great in this handset, no issues or bugs, the only disadvantage is the battery back up.

I just bought this Sony Xperia U, the big issue is the battery life so poor it only last hours , I am so so upset. The software are doing dull screen for battery saver. Camera is not even lasted for long it was damage and cant be fixed the light is getting darker as it goes older. Then when I upgraded this phone somethings wrong it always hangs and I cant find some features that is downloaded before.

Standby time are always given for optimal conditions, which never happen in real life. If you have fair good reception, you should manage 2 to 3 days in standby. If not, look and see what applications and options are hogging the battery, Also if you are in a borderline 3G area, phones used a lot of power switching 2G-3G-2G-3G and more.

This phone offered dual core power at a very cheap price, offering a great camera and stunning screen as well. I my self own Xperia S but one of my cousins and lot of my friends have this phone. Probably the only problem with this phone is the low internal memory and no way to expand it. That is so annoying.

Amazing phone, best phone in mid range ever, nice look, picture and video clarity is amazing. Sony bravia Engine is specialization of Sony, internet speed is very last due to dual core processor, if you have a budget around 15-16k then don’t think more just grab it now, you will never waste your money.

I bought this smartphone week ago and this is the best, Because I installed a lot of apps and there is no any slowing down thanks to dual core processor. I love the size of the phone and metro style look it physically has, fits on your hand, video playback and games are super smooth, fast w-fi, 720p video recording is great, but camera is not that good! anyway, for this price this phone is Amazing.

I bought it yesterday, mobile is very cute, beautifully designed, and good music, but earphone coming is cheap although sound is good. Battery back up is comparatively good with other, If you own for HD games then it is very bad mobile, coz of low RAM, and no expandable memory storing many video is also limited. Whatever feature mentioned above, in new mobile there is 3.7gb internal memory and 1.5gb phone memory is shown, al tougher it is about 4-5 gb free memory.

The xperia U its a good phone looks and feels good, i like the display because have a good resolution for a 3.5" the only bad thing its the camera, good photos with light and bad photos with low light, my old xperia mini has better quality photo but in performance its awesome for the price you pay, in conclusion I’m happy with this phone.

I have bought this phone few weeks ago. so starting with camera it’s not pretty good, but video clarity is good. More games or apps u install, interface gets laggy sometimes or hangs. Internet surfing is pretty good. Look’s are great love it. Speakers are not good. But main problem is with the RAM. It’s show around 368MB ram. So for that I have installed RAM Booster which is pretty good app. And Storage is less so you have to live with that. And don’t upgrade to ICS.

I have a Blackberry Bold 9700 running os 6. If I see that little wheel one more time, I WILL throw this phone. Just threw it! Screen cracked, back cover broke. At least I have an Sony Xperia U waiting in mom's cupboard. It sucks I can only use it from 7 December cause it’s my birthday present. Hope it’s as awesome as it looks.

I bought this phone a week ago and its amazing, processor speed is superb, touch is much batter than Samsung cheap phones, times cap is very nice, camera is 5mp but it shoots pretty good and pictures are amazing compare to Samsung 5mp , music is very nice when earphone is plugged in, most of the HD games are compatible, memory is limited that can be managed via usb on the go, in short this is a good phone to have and I am happy to have it.

Great phone. Considering the price, it's totally worth buying. There are things that I don't like. The screen is small and it's hard to see at night. Playing games with it is fine. internal memory is not expandable, but it's pretty big enough. Just don't install too many programs or apps that you hardly use. This is my phone for a month and a half and I like it.

i think hte ace 2 is much better than this? does this got hd screen? can i upgarde da ram? i think it will make a different if there is high ram?

I hear a lot about the problem (purple circle) so I was hesitant to buy this XPERIA U. I read it in a lot of forums and reviews. I decided to buy it for my sister, so far she's ok with it.

My headset stopped working on my cell phone, but works on other cell phones when I use other headset on my cell, thy work, so my headset n port, both r working properly. but dust work on my cell when connected 2 the port.

I purchased Xperia U 3 months ago and was working fine in the beginning but now I am having problem with the screen as when I try to type messages, the unwanted alphabets get selected and also the messages gets sent, I tried rebooting the mobile and tried lots of time but no use, too worst phone.

Lack of internal memory only 4 GB I can’t not store a larger amount of file.

I really like this phone it has a good TFT screen with a good camera quality. Also have a nice phone features and remarkable battery life.
